Tempe Penyet





Material:

* 150 grams tempeh, fried
* 2 large red chilies
* 8 pieces red chili sauce
* 2 tsp shrimp paste cooked
* Salt to taste
Mengkal * 1 tomato, sliced
* 1 tsp lemon lime
* Basil leaves to taste

Directions:

1. Use a mortar and pestle and mortar, coarse ulek large red chili, chili sauce, shrimp paste, and salt. Add lemon and tomato slices mengkal and stir well.
2. Tempe penyet above until flat.
3. Serve with basil leaves.
